Hi, I'd like to give you a few tips. Your other auditions have some sort of background noise. If there's any of that, you should probably do the recording again, even if its a great take. Second, I think it be beneficial for you to study speech patterns closely. Watch a show and try mimicking how a character says a line as closely as possible for practice in this. Your voice is nice, just needs a bit of practice.
