Cacturne is a sly Pokémon who offers Sana a way to restore her youth by draining her EXP points. She then converts the drained EXP points into rare candies in plans of selling it for a lot of money. Her plans are ultimately stopped by Bakujirou.

Cacturne’s voice is something akin to a witch or one that gives witchy vibes but is also open to interpretation.
