Anastasia is a 16 year old girl who loves her fairy tales especially Sleeping Beauty. Her father re-married and now has a new mother and a step sister. Her sister treats her badly and the mother just ignores her. You could say she is Cinderella. She is very kind and very sensitive. She always put herself before others.
Hi. My name is Anastasia, I'm 16 and I live with my father, my step mother and step sister, Catherine. Everyone is nice well kind of. My father make sure I am well, my step mother just ignores me and then there's Catherine who just treats me badly but it's alright, I mean I'm use it.
Good morning Father, Mother, Catherine *chair breaks and Catherine laughs* [make sounds of annoyance] *Father asks are you alright* Yes Father
I always read fairy tales. All them have a happy ending. There's Snow white, The little mermaid, Ok so maybe not the Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella. [pause and think] Huh, I feel like Cinderella at the moment
Very much enjoyed the audition. I love how you've made Anastasia this calm and collected girl even though she deals with so much trouble. My one note would try and give Anastasia a bit more character, she's more of an energetic type and I feel like you could've showed this side with the 3rd line about her listing the fairytales and then go back into the calm state with "huh, I feel like Cinderella at the moment."
Aha, when I first read the littke blip about Anastasia, she came off as a more clam and lax character to me, kind of mellow. But I''ll try to voice her as a more energetic character next time!
