A satyr and captain of the ship called the Whiplash. A member of a race rarely seen off-planet, Pel always wanted to see the stars. After coming into possession of his own ship, he scrambled to make ends meet until he met Bats and Shaggy. They were a tight team until a messy encounter with a shapeshifter brought Gracie Hart into their crew.
