This is the main character.  She is the oblivious to everything type of girl.  She suffers from trauma from her back story.  Causing her to always act like a child. 

She says things always in some happy way even when she's sad.  She has a high pitched voice.  Kinda like a child.  But not too high! She is still a teen.
