A space bum who has bounced across the galaxy doing odd jobs. He and his wife now work for Captain Pel aboard the Whiplash, collecting bounties on people or picking up the odd black-market item to get by. He is quick with a gun and with his tongue although one tends to get him in more trouble than the other. Bats' mouthy nature masks a keen mind and getting under someone's skin means they won't be thinking as quickly. 

Voice Suggestions: He's totally full of himself, but he's probably right. Don't be afraid to smear on the smarm, but there is a heart under there.
