Wanda is a standard gauge railway crane who's a part of The Crotoonian Railway Police Department. Her job is to  lift and put derailed standard gauge engines when they try to escape from the law for Tristan to take them to the Railway imprisonment building, where engines who break the law are kept until released. She has no original voice, as she's an O.C. However, her voice should sound like an officer of the law.  Her original voice is unknown. This role has been casted to : Yilin Zhou
