Cecilius Ambrosia is the Ultimate Linguist

He is 6'1 and Male

Cecilius is blind, when he was younger he was bullied for not blinking, which made him be pressured into wearing a cover over his eyes. Because he was blind he couldn't read well, aside from braille, and because he was blind, he had a habit for listening into other's conversations. He became infatuated with languages, it provided images to him that nothing else did. He began to study languages with the help of his family and friends. Cecillius is very kind and quiet, he doesn't speak much, and he prefers to keep his eyes covered with a cloth. His major flaw is that he is blind, and cannot see things around him, in new areas he will bump into walls and doors a ton before he learns the environment around him.

Cecilus's voice range is ominous, and mysterious. His voice range is lower to medium.

Not bad, but you should find a way to get rid of that background noise. In audacity there is a trick, first record the background noise (don't make any other noise) then select it and then go to noise reduction and register it to that. Then record your voice and select it again, do the noise reduction. Since you registered what audacity needs to remove from the recording, you won't have background noise. There enjoy!
