Parsala is a Saiyan from a colony that defected from Frieza's army. He's pretty much the villain of the first arc. Parsala is incredibly overconfident and a brutal warrior. Since he's a Saiyan, he gets really excited when faced with a powerful enemy. Please feel free to do what voice you think fits the character. (Note: His design in the picture isn't final.)

    yes that's no problem, my fault for being too close to the mic but its easily fixed going forward
