Jeff is a young adult who moves into a new neighborhood with his family.  Before the move, he was sent to a Military Academy because he used to get into fights in school.  His parents decided that a new change of scenery would help him.  However, unknown to him and his family, things will only get worse until he reaches his breaking point.
