Wendi's whole life has been controlled by her parents, but mostly her mother. When her mother announces that she is to be married to Malcom, she wants no part in her mother's control any more. Wendi has no idea how she's going to reason with her overpowering mother or father, but she plans to find a way. She also loves to play video games, which her mom doesn't encourage at all. Because of this Wendi will play video games in secret in her closet which causes more distrust between her and her mother.
