Born in Statesville, North Carolina, Carter has a rather thick southern accent. He's always seen chewing on a piece of straw, and he almost always has his plaid on. He perfers to wear it, and has a lot of southern related hobbies. He loves fixing cars, its one of his biggest hobbies. He tends to hang around Dakota, a girl who also lived in North Carolina. If anything, they were more childhood friends before both ended up moving to Wisconsin.
