Hunter Zolomon is a resident at Arkham Asylum. A Russian immigrant he was caught murdering a woman and claimed he was Jack the Ripper from London. Locked up and sentenced to death, he is due to be the first ever prisoner put to death by an electric chair. He is utterly insane and claims he can see the past and future.
