Commissioner Landors is our equivalent of Hilltop from Lupinranger Vs. Patranger. Perhaps a tad more serious than Hilltop himself but still filling that chief and mentor role.



I have listed the category as Young Adult but something more akin to mid-20's/30's voice would be best! Looking for a North American accent but other voices may be considered. Feel free to experiment but remember this is a season police commissioner.


There are certain rumours regarding Hilltop at this stage so be aware this role may expand to a Main role in time.
