Ryo is a very arrogant guy. He is rather a bit tsundere as well. He is always giving Ichigo a hard time and patronizing her. He is the son of the creator of the Mew Project. As rude as he is, he also has a bit of a soft spot. He tends to show it more in regards to Ichigo. For this character, he should have a more medium voice. 

[The first line: He is patronizing her (probably his attempt of calming her down) after saving her from an alien that was about to attack her.]

[The second line: He is still being arrogant, but he has softened up a bit. Ryo is trying to calm her down after the battle while she is frantic about what is going on.]

[The third line: He is teasing her about the way she looks in the Cafe uniorm.]
