Snarky, American, kind of aloof/cool, but don't over-do it with a really emo voice or anything, it's more subdued. Except when she's angry or punches someone. If you can do a good Kyoka Jiro impression, that's great. If not, watch some clips on Youtube to see what she sounds like and do your interpretation of that.
