Role: Recurrent character.
Harris is a notorious fraud offender having escape the hands of authorities numerous times. He hides his cunning nature behind a pleasant and professional exterior.
He is first introduced as "Taylor King" owner of the law firm Nemesis. Jazz, Nero and Kaede are sent in to corner him. However, once he ahs been caught President Sedgwick gives him a deal. Harris gets to stay out of jail if he assists the government in it's plan to own the earth. Harris, being the man he is, agrees.
(Pleasant formal) It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance Mr Blake. Please, take a seat.
(Almost sickly polite, manipulative) You’re a smart man Thomas. I respect you as an equal. This is why I have chosen you to be my personal apprentice. I believe that with our abilities combined we will never lose a case again.
(Satisfied, friendly) We have a case to begin work on almost immediately. Murder defendant, I’m almost certain he didn’t even know what happened until he was dragged in as the main suspect. The offence however, is particularly difficult to get around.
