Arkellius Raxis is an Elite Major who's sole goal is to fulfill his duties to the "The Mind". Arkellius has seen, and personally been responsible for, the death of countless humans. Be it Marine, ODST, or Spartan, this Elite has no issue stomping upon whomever gets in his way from achieving his goal. He wields a terrible sword of energy and a heavy rifle of concussive explosives. Arkellius relishes and delights in the death of humans, perhaps his plan to assist The Mind in his plans isn't so hard to believe after all. Once you hear his deep and raspy voice, know that your end may be at hand.
Leave no survivors. I want everyone of these filthy humans dead at my feet.

So hey Vittoria, I'm James :) Just randomly going through profiles landed on yours and I see that you can pull off military-style voices (thank you for your service btw ;) I was wondering if you were interested in being in one of my comic dubs as a female military officer? She goes by the name of "Captain Rossi," perhaps in her late 20's early 30's and is an Imperial officer with an English/British accent. Her role is minor but she's got a good chunk of lines throughout the comic. The project is for my Thrawn #2 (Star Wars) comic dub that'll be posted on my youtube channel.
