Albertus is usually sarcastic and condescending, leading to a lot of the people in the Forest not liking him. He is married to Catherine, and a much lighter side of him comes out when she is around (as shown in the second line).
[Annoyed] Come visit the shop if you need anything, we're where we always are. That's guarding the supplies in the courtyard, in case you forgot.
[Explaining] Yes, I'm the stereotypical videogame shopkeeper. You give me Reminiscence, and I give you supplies. Simple as that.
[Laughing happily] At least I don't have to worry about testosterone taking my hair out, right?
[This isn't what the character is saying] So, tell me about yourself! Name, gender (pronouns), interests/hobbies, from where do you hail? Anything really! This is optional, but it is going to make me more likely to consider you for the part!
