Fiona is the opposite of Pete. She believes that if someone commtted a crime they should be placed in jail without question, even if they are her friend. I'm looking for someone who can put anger and a bit of irrationality into this character.
Call him? And then what? Tell him "Hey, we're calling the cops on you" so he can have a chance to run? No way! We hit him by surprise!
Not bad, but try to add a little more anger. Fiona is thinking a particular option is not helpful, so she needs to be outraged when she's saying this line.
