We need VO for explaining video in a video game. In the video Jerome explains how to play.
Jerome - around 40 y.o, a kind, hard-working man and a helpful neighbor.
Plays with local kids and crafts toys for his daughter while waiting for the crops to be ready.
Has a clear, gentle voice.

Mood: positive, cheerful, welcoming, friendly. Like you have a conversation with your dear friend. Like you are eager to help the player.
And add a slight pause between "that" and "you" in the 1st line, like this cite is important for you.
No need in suspense, when talking about the secret.
