Blackwell is an observant strategist with a passion for all things science. One of the original experiments himself he ahs continued on the legacy of human experimentation working closesly with the goverment to create the enhanced superhumans they plan to use in taking over the world.
A key advisor to Sedgwick, Blackwell's word is well trusted and any plans the government creates he is a part of. His lack of morals and willingness to breach human rights makes him a perfect addition to the team. Creating chemical weapons, atomic bombs and superhumans is just the surface of what this man has done and there is no telling where he will stop.
Despite the madness inside ont eh outside Blackwell appears well mannerd. He conducts himself well and knows what to say and the right time to say it. Not even the goverment aside from the president and Julia know what he's done and they plan to keep it that way.
(Enthusiastic but trying to hide it with a calm exterior) Their fast development rate is a credit to their heritage. It is rare that children are born from two experiments and when they are it's rare that they show enhancements without any sevear draw back. The Heywood brothers will be a double edged sword. Brilliant at what they do and an asset to the state but, their nature will also make them incredibly hard to fool. It's going to be nye impossible to keep our true intentions hidden with them around.

I just thought it would be fun to write a couple more lines for Blackwell to get a better grasp of his personality as well as how he interacts with a few of the other characters. You can disregard this submission if you'd like, I just wanted to read more with the voice.
