Kotaro is a 24 year old young man who is currently serving time in the military. He is laid back, friendly, kind and very over protective when it comes to his little sister Hotaru. His voice should be low to medium range.

  • (sad) I understand. I feel the same way. But we have to go to the parole hearing in two weeks. I’ll be staying at your place for that weekend and then come back here.
