Video editors must be at least decent with some sort of video editing software (Hitfilm Express 2017, Vegas, Adobe Premiere, etc.) preferably you would have some (at the least) knowledge of masking and lip flaps. 

Be easy to communicate with (email and or Discord, works best for me).
