Have a young teen semi-deep voice, just like the japanese voice actor for Speed o' Sonic. 

Recommended Features to the voice:

- Very psychotic laugh

- 2 different voices 1) Normal controlled Sonic with a normal voice and is usually seductive. So a exotic seductive accent will go well. 2) Have a very crazy voice, he talks as if he's about to lose it. 

  • "No, I can't let out my old self again."

  • (Starts angry then transition to his crazy self) "First you block my kunai attack....then you keep up with my speed...*inhale* ...I'm StArtinG tO LiKe YoU BALD MAN! AHAHAHAHAHA!"

  • (Neutral) "I am the Speed o' Sound Sonic, state your presence at once.
