Captain Tennile is a member of the Orange Pickers cult that Anne is running from. His goal is to return her back to Poco, so he can transfer is conscious into her, and vise versa. He has an addiction to Italian cigarettes. And doesn't know what a stand is. He just thinks he has an ability unique just to him.
