Chimecho is a steward and roll calls everyone in the guild using her body as a bell. I'd expect her voice to sound "jingly" with kind of a bounce to it. Another way I would best describe how I'd imagine her voice, is imagine a kindergarten teacher congratulating her children on job well done. You know what I mean, sort of that patronizing yet sincere tone.
