So Togami shows up, looks around, and he just takes somethin' out of his back pocket, walks up to you, tases you, and then just walks out, like nothin' happened! Later, we asked him 'bout it, and he told us he'd learned he trick from Fukawa, only he called her "that unbearable nuisance". And he said he'd determined that "Hinata's situation was not too dissimilar to attempt the same trick". Then he called us a name and walked out.
