Harper is Blair Racey's little sister. She is currently attending the same school as her big sister. She is a huge tomboy and very sassy. She can be a total brat and gets mad easily, especially at her poor older sister. Harper knows a bit too much about Blair and could instantly ruin her reputation. Harper has a high-pitched voice, though looking like a tomboy. She should somewhat like a preteen/teen since she's in freshman year.
