Harlow is more or else a rebel. She's a rule breaker and hates following rules though she has taken an interest in the newspaper. She is now the co-president of the club. She does have a reason for joining the club. She has a rather strange appearance and has many different colors in her hair.  She doesn't start to be a main character until mid-season so until then she's a supporting character. She has a very carefree voice.
