Leona is a quiet girl who keeps to herself. She is a great observer and has been observing as The Golden Circle falls. She gives information to those who seek it as long as she gets something in return such as money, food, or more information back. She originally was a part of The Golden Circle, but she broke away from it after getting tired of the original member's attitudes. Now, she is the club president of the newspapers club and she is recognized whenever she goes into the halls since she stands out so much. I can imagine her with a high-low pitch voice.
