At least one new judge will be needed. Maybe more, if we ever need guest judges or if someone needs to be replaced.
The judge should be:
* Any age and gender, but preferably 15+ years old (unless you are mature for your age). As long as you can sound professional.
* Unbiased and fair.
* Not afraid to speak their mind.
* Musical in some way (so I know you're not tone-deaf).
* Have enough time for this. Please read the rules before auditioning (including rules for judges). You will be expected to submit recordings for each contestant twice a month, and discuss with the other judges in a Skype chat.

  • Introduce yourself and tell me why you think you would be a good judge. In what way are you musical? Do you sing or play an instrument or what else would qualify you to be a judge?

  • Give your honest opinion about the song recordings in the "audition" from P3shows.

Thank you, you seem good, however, there are issues with the sound quality. Some noise I can edit out but not the puffing. To solve that you could either have the mic not directly in front of your mouth, but rather a bit up or down. Or put a sock over it or use a pop filter! Also, you made me laugh when you said "That was unique". xD Good. (That was me btw.) And I didn't use autotune, which makes me a bit insecure about your analyzing skills. Another problem is that you take a lot of pauses when you speak which will be a pain to edit out, so I'd advice you to write key words in the future so there is a better flow. I wouldn't have written this detailed feedback if I didn't think you were good, so good job!

    :D I'll keep those things in mind until I get the new mic and pop filter (found out what my Hanukkah gifts were early woot). I'm honestly fascinated by some of the sounds you can make, those didn't sound like they were unaltered! Or it might be the blasted speaker going out, I could be wrong. I'm used to judging live music, not electronic reproductions, I'll admit (I don't like admitting that I've had to judge competitions before, it makes me sound poncy as all hell). And I kept blanking out because I didn't want to pause the recording to go back and listen, but I don't know what I didn't think of the keynotes myself, thank you!

      Okay, great! But just for the record, would you rather be a judge or contestant? Obviously you can't be both. There are another really great judge applicant I have in mind, so would you rather have me (us) consider you as a contestant before judge or the other way around?

        Contestant before judge always lol. But I like to let folks know I'd be willing to go either direction.
