I'm Carmen Ligato, Jr, owner of 9Cats Productions and a full time voice over artist and video producer. I enjoy all the aspects of what I do, but I absolutely LOVE doing character voices. I've done characters for a number of video games and have a very wide selection to choose from. Only a few are on my demo reel.
