Script Writer (Screenplay)

Looking for a Minecraft Scriptwriter, Paid 3-Part Mystery Series

I’m looking for a scriptwriter for a cinematic Minecraft mystery/horror series inspired by the suspense and storytelling of creators like Wifies, with an original story.

The project is three connected videos, approximately 12–18 minutes each, filmed within the same Minecraft map.

The story follows a mysterious invitation to a Minecraft game show with a supposed prize. The contestants seem like ordinary players, but strange details gradually reveal that something is wrong.

I have the core premise and a rough outline. I need someone to develop those ideas into engaging, filmable scripts, particularly the challenges, character relationships, and rising tension.

What I’m looking for

• Strong hooks, pacing, and natural dialogue.

• Creative Minecraft challenges that move the story forward.

• Subtle foreshadowing and satisfying reveals.

• Connected episodes with individual payoffs and a strong finale.

• Scenes achievable with a small cast and one reusable map.

Scope

Three scripts covering narration, dialogue, and essential gameplay/action directions. We’ll agree on outlines, revisions, and deadlines before starting.

Rates are open for discussion. Please include your rate per video or a package quote for all three, along with what your rate includes.

To apply, please send:

• One or two examples of your previous scripts or published videos you’ve written.

• A brief description of your experience, especially with Minecraft, gaming, mystery, or horror.

• Your rates, availability, and estimated turnaround.

Existing samples are preferred, no unpaid custom script is required.
