Hi there, Mrs. Henderson! This is your local real estate agent calling. I hope you and the family are having a wonderful Tuesday. I'm just calling to give you the fantastic news: The seller accepted your offer on the property! I'll have the paperwork ready for you to sign at my office tomorrow morning. Bye-bye!
Ah, I'm sorry to hear that old car is causing you trouble on the lot. Tell you what, my contractors are heading over to that area anyway to fix some pipes. I'll have them tow the car to the scrapyard for you. Just doing my part to keep the neighborhood clean.
