The twin sister of Mason and big sister of Penelope (Doesn't appear). Bella is the "follower" of Alexis, she mostly tries to be mean like her and look like her, but inside she's really sweet. Bella is not a huge character in the series but does appear sometimes. Voice: A bit "mean girlish" and high.
