A so far unnamed antagonist. He looks to be working under Tatiana. I imagine he would have a low-medium voice with roughness to it, he also appears to be a smoker.

  • She dropped a tag and flare, looks standard issue. Should be a cinch. The street's pretty dead, crowd control'll be easy. I should be able to get in, get out, no problem
