Sunday’s Autopsy
Kyle J for Lachlan Rogers
Lachlan Rogers
Lachlan is a daredevil with a very energetic and bull-headed personality. He prides himself on being a ‘bros bros’, and will do anything to maintain his reputation as manly and outgoing. He is often grumpy and complains a lot about trivial matters, and is happy to be blunt to others, even if he is perceived as rude. He takes great pleasure in teasing people and saying vulgar comments, which he finds absolutely hilarious. He is a down-to-earth person and has little care for money and material possessions; he considers many higher-ups to be uptight idiots and takes pride in simple things such as fishing and drinking beer. He grew up popular for most of high school and never resisted peer pressure, but after a fallout with his friends, he was an outcast and now, even after moving away, is still desperate to prove himself.

Lachlan_Introduction: (confident) Lachie Rogers, or I guess Lachlan for those who don't know me. Chief marine explorer for fleet twelve of PRISM's Queensland unit, though I am most famous for my work in the southern fleet where I took one of the very few photos of a… get this… colossal squid— though here, I guess I’m just a marine biologist… Lachlan_Annoyed: Mate, I think you need to pull the giant star-picket out of your ass. Just ‘cos mummy and daddy own a few too many shares in the fast food industry doesn’t mean you're no better than the rest of us! I would call you a virgin, but you've clearly been fucked sideways by whoever gave you a position outside of the Maccas checkout counter.
Lachlan_Shocked: I- Fuck… he’s gone, isn't he? Poor dude… I mean I didn't know him, but… shit. Nobody deserves that. Lachlan_Happy: Seriously?! I mean — I've always wanted to travel further north and finally check off my trout bucket list, but me? Not that I’m unqualified, of course… What kinds are we fishin’? Tell me, tell me!
Lachlan_sad: Nothin I can do about it. That’s just how friends are. Sometimes we take the piss… it’s nothing to cry over. But to be honest- and I swear this is just the beer talking- I wish there was more to us than fishing and talking shit. I don’t think they really give a proper shit about me, not as a person, anyway.
