      Well, besides the 'Starma' pronunciation, there is the audio problem. There's too much white noise in your background. For example; Lip smacking, breathing, air puffs, fan, etc. Have you tried using Audacity? Audacity was a great help for me. I don't know where I would be today without it! Try it out. I think that would help a lot. Besides that, you did great! Hope that helps. ;)
