Dessari

Dessari grew up on the midway in a multi-generational carnival family. The collar and makeup are work clothes, not a TV costume. Outside the lot he is a scientist: physics, game theory, behavioral reads. He treats challenges like experiments and other players like patterns.

His mother died recently. She kept him sane. The carnival is failing without her, and he is broke trying to hold it up. Grief made him quiet, then sharp. He and his father are not okay.

Default is sweet and intelligent. Under pressure he can snap, then shut down or drown in remorse. The clown face is the wall.
