Combine the characters' lines for each chapter into an audio file (Audio File Chapter 1, Audio File Chapter 2, etc.) 

Then, combine the chapter audio files into a single audio file, which will be the whole audiobook.

Find sounds for various actions (attacks, falls to the ground, etc.)

When characters talking to themselves and the dialogue is in italics, add an echo effect to the line so it sounds like the voice is in their head.

Find music for various scenes (action, emotional, etc.)

Use various genres/styles (Rock, Piano, Electronic/Industrial, Acoustic Guitar, Hard Rock, etc.)
