Slightly gay voice

Peter's the dumbest of them all so dumb he doesn't acknowledge that he's dumb but everybody else sees it he also speaks with kind of a gay tone to his voice have you ever heard Donut from red versus blue that's kind of his voice but a little bit less gay than donut. he seems to think that he's best friends with Lex lots of big words just go over his head so if Randy says a big word Peter will just look at him he also likes to talk with the ship's AI.
