He's an in televised character from The Reverend W. Awdry's The Railway Series. He works on The Crotoonian Hills narrow gauge line with all the other Sudrian  narrow gauge engines and Chugs.He has no original voice, obviously. This part has been casted to: 

  • Hello there! My name is Ivo Hugh!

  • I'm one of the few narrow gauge engines that stayed behind to help run the Skarloey line when most of the others went to help run The Crotoonian Hills Narrow Gauge line on Crotoonia.

  • I do miss them, and always jumps at the chance to go and visit them, even if it's to help out with the extra work they have!

          Well his U.S. voice is William Hope and his U.K. voice is Keith Wickham. Can you make Whiff's voice sound like either one?

            I tried to make his voice sound like Keith Wickham, and I did the best I think I could. Though I could I could be a bit better.
