Clock stopper is one of the many Mascots at Owl Alley indoor park. He is praised highly by the adults who leave their children there, because not only does he teach many facts to the children, but he also sings nursery rhymes.   In the setting of the game, he is a very rugged costume with.... something inside it. He still laments and speaks like a human though, a very crazed human. His voice in my mind should be similar to something like Funtime Freddy's from the Five Nights at Freddy's series. However I don't want him to sound too similar, just have him speak in the loud enthusiastic tone of voice he has.
