Tohaku looks like he's your stereotypical straight dude. Doesn't really have the personality of one, though, it seems. He's shy and quiet, and gets nervous (well, more nervous than usual) around pretty girls.
He has a medium-high, very nasally voice. He almost always sounds like he's spaced out, like he isn't all mentally there.
"Huh...? Oh...... Uh...... I'm Tohaku Kataoka... I'm good at hacking things, apparently... 'S not really that interesting, really......"
