Lieutenant Cortez

Lieutenant Cortez will have more of a role later on in the series, although she does pop up here and there in earlier scenes. She is a strong, capable officer who does not play favorites, but she does show empathy. While she obviously can't override her superiors, she does a great job of advocating for the youth, but also enforcing rules when needed.

Character/voice inspo: Femshep, Commander Shepard. Doesn't need to be exact, I know those are heavy shoes to fill!
