Cipher is another one of Fang very trusted familiars so trusted Fang lent cipher some if his blue flames,
but do to this Fang has cipher on a very close watch because if he steps out of line his punishment shall not be pretty,
Cipher is a Dream demon and works best in the mind he is tricky,quick,and very clever.
The pendent around his neck was given to him by Fang as part of a "i trust you with this power" kinda thing.
You never really know if he is telling the truth or lying, only Fang knows that.
He can also float without using his wings but he uses his wings most of the time. he is honestly quite the detective and also likes to tell jokes usually dark humor. He is very Mysterious!
