Also, the accent is just something i learned to do when i was a kid cause i knew an American, so I copied theirs, as I myself am actually Australian

A generic American accent is preferred!
(cheery despite the situation) “Momma was taken by a man just yesterday. She told us to be brave.”
(rambling/unsure) "Mice are common around here, but they don’t usually come close to our cages because, y’know… we’re *cats*, but, I mean, it didn’t even come into our cages. At least I don’t think it did...” *trails off*
