I'm an extremely normal person with a certain admiration for the performing arts. I did a lot of theater in high school but that was lifetimes ago and I haven't performed on stage since. However, I've always been interested in voice acting, especially dramatic readings, video games, etc. Most of my inspiration for voice acting comes from games in the late 90's that had unusually good performances for the time like Metal Gear Solid and Legacy of Kain. But even when playing text heavy games from before voice acting, I often find myself voicing the characters and imagining what they would sound like. It's a weird habit.
