Hazel wants to blend in and pass as average/mediocre. They don’t want or strive to be extremely good at their job they just want to be part of the masses and stop sticking out as terrible at everything they do. What’s worse is that they obsess over their ex (Cel) still who is good at pretty much everything and is universally well liked. Hazel is insecure, timid, and a burden to everyone around them. They come from a rich family who wants them to strive for their best to live up to their family name, but Hazel has already convinced them self they are not capable of anything worthwhile.
